This Christmas Gift Project for Marilyn, my wife (table jewerly) was completed several years ago. It represented a lot of firsts for me: first time bending with precision, first time soldering, first time making bezels, and first time working with stones/cabachons. I used amber and garnet colored stones with gold backs. And the antique patina. "dinner for eight?"Brad

Your wife is a very lucky woman I love the shiny cabs against the dark patina. What a special touch this must give a set table!

How beautiful these are - I can see them becoming a treasured family heirloom. And, what a great way to teach yourself several new techniques on one project! Dawn
