Some years ago I got these fake druzy cabs made from resin with a bead order to try them out. I couldn't do anything with them. Wire didn't work because I couldn't put wire over the edges in some way and make it look good. Now I found this pair again and made these bead embroidered earrings instead. I chose gold with it because there are actually golden highlights that I can't seem to catch in a picture which is a pity. Maybe it will work in daylight, but it's too grey here for that right now.

Thank you, Diane, but I very much doubt that! I wish now I had taken a picture of the resin cabs first to show you their edges and height.
