In mid December a lady in Europe bought a pair of earrings from me. I mailed them the next day. I got an etsy convo from her today saying they hadn't been delivered. I told her international mail takes up to a month to get from the US.
She convo'd me back and said she thought I was in the US. I replied that I was, but had mailed the earrings to Europe. Then she told me they were supposed to be sent to her sister in the US.
I looked at the etsy invoice and the paypal invoice and the only address was hers in Europe. She swears she put her sister's US address. I told her to send me a copy of anything she had that indicated the sister's address.
My husband said tell her if you were a mind reader, you wouldn't be selling jewelry on etsy. ;D

The convos remind me of that old comedy routine, "who's on first." People never cease to amaze me. Thankfully you have both of the invoices that show the address she provided in case she files a dispute. Hey, Michele. Can you read my mind right at this moment? Dawn

Oh dear, and there my high opinion of you goes down the drain. I always thought you are a master in telepathy, telekinetics, mind reading, fortune telling and traditional pre-Mayan dance. What a disappointment.
I see that at work a lot. People are ready to swear about anything ... and when you prove them wrong, most of them lose air like a balloon. I hope for you that she's not of the kind that even when proven wrong still tries to make others the ones who made the mistake.
