I am not sure if I've shown you these hammered silver ear jackets yet. I think I've shown the golden ones before:

Love the design, Irith and I love them in silver! That's my favorite metal.

Thanks Gayle. I love silver too, but many of my buyers love golden jewelry, so I play with both.

Gorgeous, Irith! Thank you for showing how they are made so that we could see how they attach to the ears. Great design! Dawn

Very cool! Not your run of the mill earrings! I like them in silver, too! Karin

Thank you so much Dawn, Karin and Carina. Carina, I know they look rustic. This happens when I cannot wait to see how they would look when they are finished..

Very interesting design idea and definitely like them. Somehow, they make your ear part of the whole. (Haven't seen the gold ones so this idea is new to me.)

Thank you koolbraider. It was new to me too, until I saw ear jackets were in the Etsy trending items, so I decided to try my own hand at it. I have a few more ideas up my sleeve.

I remember these from the 80s, well, not as beautiful obviously. You could buy post earrings and exchangeable parts for the back.

Thank you Cat, I know the posts are exchangeable, I guess people who may buy them will think so too, which could make them more appealing to buyers.
