This question is for the seed beading ladies: Where do you get your clasps?
I have a friend who is relatively new to seed beading and has created some wonderful cuffs. She isn't on our forum, even though I've encouraged her to join us, in the past. Anywhoo, she wants to start making bracelets with clasps and wondered where to get them.
Thanks, in advance!

What kind of clasps does she want? There are so many different kinds.
Not that it would help her much if I said where I get mine ;-)

You know, I'm not sure, Cat. She just said she wanted to find clasps for eventual projects. I'll have to ask her more. Thanks.

I would recommend that she finds her local bead store and goes in to look. When she is more confident he can make her own with beads as well. But the Local Bead Store is the best place to start.

Definitely, she should get a feel for what a "clasp" is, what it does, how it feels, how it works, and which would work best for the receiver. And buying local is always a very good thing when possible.
