This weekend a stitch escaped from a wire knit bracelet and hid behind a bead. It was probably some kind of Richard Kimble impersonator. I had to cut up the whole bracelet and start all over again. These two necklaces were born from a mistake, but this time I didn't have to cut anything up. I had sewn up the wrong side of a pendant for a bail and instead I turned it around and made it a necklace. I was so intrigued by this that I had to make a second one (the Eye of Horus). The bead loomed parts slide on the chain, but stay in place where you put them as the bails are not too wide. That means you can wear these in different ways.

Sometimes mistakes become a new invention. Beautiful unique necklaces. Love them both.

Great save. You were able to create 2 beautiful necklaces as a result of your "mistake".

You did a great job of improvising, Cat. They're both really cool.
Your Richard Kimble impersonator did you a favor!

Thank you all! I had to make one for myself, too. No one will be surprised about the pattern, I think.
