I know some of you think I'm already there, but I'm going crazy over how much different, pictures look on different monitors.
I just got a new apple computer to replace my old apple. The difference in this apple monitor and the old apple one is significant. My pictures are darker and more saturated than they were on the old one. On my husband's samsung monitor with an apple computer, the pictures are similar to my old apple monitor. The pictures on my iPhone are like I hope most people see them. They look great.
Have you ever checked your online shop through different monitors? I feel like Goldilocks, my new monitor is too dark, Joe's too light, the iPhone just right. This is driving me crazy.

I know what you mean. When I look at my some of my pictures on my sister's monitor, I could freak out. They have some kind of strange aura ... not all of them, but some, and I have no idea why because they were not edited in a different way from the others!
I wish all people could see my things like I do at work. Old monitor, great picture *sigh*

Michele, Most new monitors have a color calibration program. I don't use Apple but found this: www.computer-darkroom.com/colorsync-display/colorsync_1.htmI don't know which monitor you have but it may be a simple job of calibrating your new monitor. I found this info by doing a Google search for Apple monitor calibration.

Thank you for sharing that link, Gayle. That's info that many can use. I have noticed that my pics look different on other computers. Michele, all I can tell you is that your pics look great on my monitor! Dawn

That is really very frustrating...it's also like viewing websites on monitors using different screen resolutions...you don't always see the same layout.
