This week's Oldies but Goodies Theme Challenge is SUNSHINE. Maybe some sunny items will convince the sun to shine over our town enough to make it a little warmer Go through your stash and post a picture in this thread that pertains to the theme. It can be something you made yesterday or something you made five years ago. We encourage you to post as many items as you want. Can't make it much simpler. We hope to see a lot of creative pics of your SUNSHINE jewelry. We'd love to have more members participate in this easy, fun challenge. Won't you join us? The Oldies but Goodies Challenges will last two weeks, so you have enough time to share your items! To make it easier, the end date is in the subject now.

I'm going to start this one with a really, really old piece of mine which I called "Mayan Sun", just to show that it doesn't have to be an actual sun in the pieces

Thank you, Michelle! Such beautiful sunny pieces! The green in the last one with the "sun" really is a promise of spring (that we still don't have). You know what's really funny? Take a look at this old non-oldies challenge thread ... at the topic and your contribution jewelryartisans.proboards.com/thread/6196/november-december-challenge-sunshine(I searched for something in the challenge thread and stumbled upon this)

Cat, I like your sunshine pendent. All the ingredients made work very well together. As always the wirework I see on this site is amazing.
Michelle, The green pendent is elegent IMHO. The other two are nice looking and designed and crafted. Brad

Cat, I love your beautiful sunshine. Can't remembered I've seen it before.
Michelle, all three of them remind me of sunshine, but the one I love best is the top Green one.

Thanks, Cat! So funny you happened to run across the pendant in making. 🤣 I hope you get spring soon.
And thank you, Brad and Irith!

Well, that link took me down memory lane. That was a fun thread! Cat, your Mayan sun is a wonderful piece of work. Beautiful things from you, Michelle. I think the green one is my favorite. Irith, all so lovely. The stone in the first one really does look like a sunrise or a sunset and the pattern in the setting of the third photo is a great representation of the sun. Dawn
