This cuff is sterling silver, twisted in the middle, hammered out on ends, made from about 1/4” or 2 ga square wire. I was having difficulty getting this thick wire to anneal, consequently the surface started becoming irregular. So then I just ran with it allowing more disfigurement. After forming and polishing, I took it to have Marilyn put it own so I could verify a ladies fit. When she put it own, she immediately declared it was hers now! Oh well, I guess I will make another. Oh yes, that's a beautiful texture! I see ripples of water in it.

I don't blame Marilyn one bit for claiming that beauty as hers! Love the twisted middle and the texture you achieved. I do hope you will continue experimenting with your excentrical series - I think that deformed finish is one of those things we'd call a "happy accident" and I can't wait to see more. Dawn

Thank you. This is a heavy piece, more than anything she would normally wear. It started with 5.5" of the 1/4"-ish wire. The length shortened at least a 1/4 inch or so on the twist, then the hammering out of each end brought it out to 6 inches. I actually did some research and calculations to get to a 6" finished cuff, and it worked. As you may recall, I also did a copper version first to gain some information. Brad
