I've been producing tabletop blown glass since 1989, selling wholesale to gift shops and retailers across the country. Last year my wife and I bought a 150 year old Main Street brownstone in a busy historic tourist town, and opened an art gallery to go with the glass studio. She started adding Jewelry ($30-$150 retail range) over the summer, and it's selling really well alongside the art and glass. Jan-March being the slow retail season (my wholesale is actually busy in these months), she decided to take advantage of the slow season to learn how to make her own jewelry line to add to the lines we carry.
The idea is to focus on concrete and epoxy jewelry, seeing as I have all the grinding and polishing equipment already for my glass.
So we've joined this forum to learn about suppliers and vendors for everything from findings and cements/epoxies, to mold making supplies, as well as sources to learn more about making and using molds, from people who have first hand experience with what does or doesn't work.

Thanks! Which of the forum sections here would be the right place to ask about cement/epoxy for jewelry and/or molds for making cement or epoxy jewelry?

I'd ask in "Bead with me". I know it's not about beads, that's just how we divide jewelry and non-jewelry making (Bead with me / Craft with me).
