This agate reminded me of a peaceful and serene green lake. I could almost feel myself resting on the beach and looking out over the water. My first inclination was to hang the pendant vertically until I noticed the lake and then I decided to go horizontal to take advantage of that lake look. I made the bezel by soft soldering with a soldering iron and I purposely made it lumpy and bumpy; I wanted it to have a lot of texture. The chain consists of sterling silver lengths and components made of green ceramic beads which are a perfect match to the stone. Thanks for looking! Dawn

Thank you so much, Cat! To be honest, I found the stone kind of "meh" until I turned it horizontal and then that lake affect jumped out at me. Dawn

Thank you, Brad, Michelle and Irith! It appears I'm not the only one who sees a lake in this stone. Dawn
