Our last challenge of the year is for you to make something that incorporates tassels, pompoms or both. You can use ready made tassels/pompoms or you can make your own. Post your completed work on this thread by December 15, 2024 and keep in mind that we play loosely with our deadlines. As always, looking forward to seeing the results from this creative group! Dawn

Oops, that's definitely a challenge. I suck at making pompoms although I have two pompom maker thingies and I have never made a tassel. I guess I need to put my thinking cap on.

Cat, I was reading about making tassels yesterday and one of the suggestions was to unravel a scrap of satin ribbon. The one in this video turned out really well. I know whatever you end up doing, it will be great because once that thinking cap goes on great things happen! Dawn

Here is my entry. I remembered that I had kept the tassels from a bead strand and my Christmas bell ornaments from my advent calender 2022 inspired the top part.
