So I joined this forum probably over a year ago and then...disappeared. I don't want to seem like someone who only pops in when I need something, but I just haven't been the most consistent with my jewelrymaking, at least as far as level of commitment goes. I make pretty simple earrings and recently came into some dagger beads. In an ideal world, I'd be able to attach them to jump rings and use them as single drops hanging off of my eyepins. But, as I'm sure you guys know, you often can't work a jump ring into them. What are the other options? Do I have to wrap them as I would a briolette? I haven't actually ventured into that yet, but I will if I have to in order to utilize these fun beads.

I know what you mean. I love dagger beads, and even in beading I often had a problem how to attach them best. Jump rings would be so nice and easy. I have never used them with wire so far myself, but from my experience with them I think wrapping them like briolettes is the best choice if you can't get a jump ring through the hole.
