This week's Oldies but Goodies Theme Challenge is PLAY WITH ME.
The challenge is to post pieces that invite to play with them. Of course you can also play with a very simple ring by twisting it round your finger, I used to do that with my wedding ring using my thumb, but I'm sure there are pieces that are even more inviting
Go through your stash and post a picture in this thread, that pertains to the theme. It can be something you made yesterday or something you made five years ago. We encourage you to post as many items as you want. Can't make it much simpler.
We hope to see a lot of creative pics of your jewelry for PLAYING WITH IT.
At the end of the challenge I will (probably) make a collage from the entries (at least one picture from each member) and post it on my blog to share what a talented crowd this is! I will link back to your shop, blog or other pages from your signature. If you don't want your piece/s to be included, please note that in your post.
We'd love to have more members participate in this easy, fun challenge. Won't you join us?
This is one of the necklaces I play with all the time when I wear it. Because it's so long, I like to do the "jumping rope" thing meaning I grab it at two points and do the motion, especially if I have to read someting on the screen.
Lot's of fun stuff here! I really had to think hard about this because I have several things that I made that make me think 'play with me' but that is because they are musically themed and I don't think that works. so I think these would fit the category because I found myself running my fingers through the fringe constantly when I was working on them and they are fun and flirty when worn.
I make lots of pieces i consider playful though and I have been told many times I should make children's jewelry because of that I think.
