I use the ultra suede. I wanted to try chamois, but I got the wrong kind by mistake. That wasn't a problem because my sewing neighbor could use it right away

Ooh! I bet chamois would be nice. So while we are on the topic, what is your favorite beading thread / floss?

I use different threads. I have the big Nymo D cones for black and white which I also like to use for looming. I know there are a lot of people who don't like it, but I never had a problem with it. I also have Nymo B in a lot of colors on small spools that I got for a good price in a destash. I try to use those for the small beads, but also for pieces that I know won't get much wear, like accessories in my doll projects, for example. In some cases, depending on how much wear I expect or for working with crystals, I use Fireline, but not that often. It's too expensive for my taste and I don't always like the feel of it. Then I have S-LON thread which is stronger than Nymo. I have smaller reels of that in different colors which I got as a gift from a friend and I really like it, too.

I’m going to look these up. I have a thread that seems like more of a floss that I bought from the company that had the free pattern for the Trinity Bead Earrings. And I’ve just been using it ever since. I don’t need to buy new yet, but that time is approaching.
