I wanted to try making a poodle, so obviously a polar bear was the result.

Sweet little polar bear. Doesn't look as harmful as his relatives in the pole. I could even hold him in my hand and caress him.

Thank you, Irith! He's a good boy and loves cuddles (except from Gundel, he has heard stories from the bunny about what her velcro tongue can do )!

Your polar bear is adorable! I think that’s the way art works a lot of times - varying from the first intention. But that’s part of the fun, I think!

Thank you, Michelle! I'm not sad about it because that really is half of the fun for me, I think. I seem to remember you and I have agreed on that before My plan now is to plan a polar bear next time which will obviously result in a poodle. It's not as if I don't have any roving left and I'll have to curl some of it for a poodle, anyway.

Michelle is right. Many times it happens that I start to make something and it turns out different from what I planned in the beginning

He's much cuter than a poodle. I love him! Yes, it's amazing how often things don't turn out the way I had them pictured in my head. Dawn

Thank you very much, Dawn! The poodle is supposed to become a gift eventually. We'll see if that one will ever happen

Darling polar bear, not seeing it if it's a poodle! Ha!
I love poodles. And polar bears.

Not anymore, Gayle, that was before I decided it was too fat for a poodle and added more uncurled felt to it all over to turn it into the polar bear Thank you!
