I don't think you can get the finished components, but if you go to Etsy for example, you can get stingray leather as sheets, so you can cut out your own shapes. With Google I also found some other online shops who offer skins.

The original post was deleted by the poster, but to stay on the topic of stingray leather, I only knew that it (and shark skin) was/is used on the hilts of Japanese sword because the bumpy texture helped the grip.
