This topic is inspired by Michelle "This challenge has pointed out to me how seldom I use bright colors. That needs to change!"
How do you choose colors for your jewelry? Do you prefer certain colors, knowingly or unknowingly? Do you like bright or subdued colors?
Do you want to change due dates for the carnival as well? The 15th is a Monday, though. So I would probably draft mine for the 14th as Monday is my finds of the week day.

This should be interesting. I've never really thought about my use of color. 15th sounds good to me. As with the challenges, changing the publication date will mean that are posts are more relevant as well. Dawn

2/15? That works for me. I’ll try to do better about meeting the deadline. Still planning to write about creativity and Covid in the next day or 3. And I’m not reading yours until I write mine.

I had a mini panic attack just now thinking the blog post was due tomorrow. Imagine my relief to find that it's not due until 2/15! Funny, I love using all sorts of colors, but the other day when I was in Michaels buying the main material I need for the challenge project, I started to gather bottles of paint in all different colors. Then I realized that to really challenge myself, I'm going to use the same colors that I'm using to paint the inside of the new house. I have three cans of house paint, the leftover varnish from re-finishing the floors and a black Sharpie marker that I'm going to use. Not exactly a palette of choices, but I think it will be interesting to see what I can do when limited to three colors of paint. Now I'm thinking that I will combine the challenge and use of color into my blog post. Dawn

That's why I mentioned it. I honestly would have forgotten without Dawn mentioning it.

HaHa, that's funny, Cat! I have not forgotten, but I still have not got 'er done. It's pretty much written in my head and I promise that I will finish it by the weekend. Dawn
