TWO!!!!

Sales in one day! In my Etsy shop! At first, I thought I was imagining things. This is the first time I've ever had two sales in one day. I've heard about it. I've read about it. And, now I've experienced it and it's just as exciting as I've heard and read about. YeeHAW!!

Yes, it was a nice way to start the day! This time around on Etsy, I vowed not to expect any sales, so it’s always a surprise. LOL!

By the way, my gift parcel made it to the US although tracking failed completely. It took a little less than two months, but hey, the pendants arrived safely and my friend liked them, so that's all that counts.

Two months isn't the best, but it's not the worst either. I've had packages arrive from Europe in a week and I had one from France that took nearly four months to arrive. I've also sent packages to Europe that arrived in a week and one that took three months. One never arrived at all. I'm glad your package arrived safely and that your friend is happy, Cat.

I think the longest time one of mine to the US took was 3 weeks, the shortest one was 5 days. The only time a parcel of mine got lost was to Norway, that was without tracking, and to be honest, I didn't believe it really got lost in this case. I have shipped tracked ever since.

I won't post in any sales groups anymore this year because Christmas shipping would make it only worse, but I'll try to get back into the loop in 2021.

I hope 2021 is a better year for all of us, Cat. Both with sales and everything else.

No sales today - I think I just had my Christmas selling season!

I’ve had exactly 3 sales since I opened my shop this past summer. 2 of them were older, simpler pieces that I marked down quite a bit, because they don’t really represent my focus now.

So Cat, I’m thinking I can buy that necklace now? (She says hopefully) Or at least after the Christmas rush.

As for shipping times, USPS has lost a package of mine and I had to refund the customer. It was a relatively expensive item, so it is not a nice feeling. But on the whole - as this does not happen too often, I decided not to cry over spilled milk...

By the way ladies, do you get the Katching alert that there was a sale? The last time it happened to me, my mobile was in my hands and it was late at night, so I almost got a heart attack, but then of course I was glad:)
