My interest in jewelry has narrowed to wire and beading. But I had these bead sets I’d picked up at Joanne’s when I was making rope necklaces for the boutique a couple of years ago. I decided to put them together and get them out of my stash. Nothing too fancy. I did a tutorial on my blog about how to make these rope necklaces. Figured it would be a good project for beginners. I kept this one for myself. The others will go in my shop.

They are all beautiful and such a good use for those beads! My favorite is the black one, too. I think you will be able to use it with a lot of your outfits.

Those are awesome, Michelle! My favorite is the one in the middle; I love those colors. Congratulations on using up some of your staff; that is always a good thing! Dawn

Thanks so much ladies! I have a lot of stuff that lends itself to more simple designs from back when I was just learning. It’s kind of a dilemma about what to do with it. But at least this is a start!

I love them. I wear rope necklaces lately. I love the black and white one too, but then the one with the Turquoise beads would look good with my outfits.

Nicely done, Michelle! I love them all and would probably wear them all with everything I own!
