Maybe it was a good thing that I decided to rip up the doll boots because I like this better and it may help me to prepare for the next time I want to make boots. I hope I'll still remember how I did this one, so I can make the other one tomorrow. At least this time I thought of making the shoes first before adding the outfit.

I am not a doll, but I'd love if someone made me a pair like this one:)

Thank you, Irith! It does look kind of comfy, doesn't it? I like that it's actually removable although I beaded it right on the foot as usual for the perfect fit. I also think this is a design that I may be able to change into other styles as well (maybe even a boot ).

Fantastic! I'm not at all handy with needle, thread and beads, but looking at the shoe, it seems like that pattern would translate into a boot fairly easily. Dawn

Thank you! I still haven't made the second one, my eyes were so tired and itchy yesterday that beading was out of the question.

Thank you The second one is done as well, and so is the outfit itself just now. On to the accessories!

Not really if I think of when I started this, but thank you anyway! Since that post I just managed a little purse.

Gayle is right! You are very productive! If it is not a piece of jewelry, its a felt doll or a beaded shoe! Hats off!

That's kind of you to say, Irith, but I have been feeling very lazy recently. Maybe that has to do with seeing not as much output as I do when I make jewelry because my recent projects take so much longer.

I understand that, Cat. My quilt and crochet projects take a lot longer. It’s a totally different time scale.

That feeling of laziness is something I feel too. I am trying to be more creative, but staying home most of the time, due to the Korona thing, is not helping. I started to embroider a runner a few years ago and it is stashed somewhere in the house - unfinished..
