This week's Oldies but Goodies Theme Challenge is DREAMY.
The challenge is to post pieces that are DREAMY - I would think we don't necessarily interpret this the same and I'm looking forward to your entries (and no, cat snacks do not count despite their name ). Go through your stash and post a picture in this thread, that pertains to the theme. It can be something you made yesterday or something you made five years ago. We encourage you to post as many items as you want. Can't make it much simpler.
We hope to see lots of creative pics of your dreamy jewelry.
At the end of the challenge I will make a collage from the entries (at least one picture from each member) and post it on my blog to share what a talented crowd this is! I will link back to your shop, blog or other pages from your signature. If you don't want your piece/s to be included, please note that in your post.
We'd love to have more members participate in this easy, fun challenge. Won't you join us?
Caroline, The last ring is a dreamy celestial Koroit Opal stone ring. My idea of dreamy is not necessarily something that contaminates the seas every few years such as spilled oil from oil boat containers. Oil floating over water?!

You ladies are so talented! I love everybody’s work! And it’s so awesome that everyone has their own style / niche.
I don’t really know what dreamy means to me. I’ve really puzzled over this one - despite the intention that this should be easy. LOL! I think for me it’s when a piece comes out as I “dreamed” it. Or in the case of the last piece, I let myself create the wire weave with absolutely no plan.
My mom, whose not much of jewelry wearer fell in love with this piece, so it became a necklace for her.
This one became a necklace for a friend.
And I’ve kept this one for myself.

That's just the standard text, Michelle! I know it's not always easy regarding the topic, but there has to be at least a little challenge By the way, I'm always open for suggestions. After more than 200 challenges (and only a few topics turned up more than once) it's not easy to find something, especially something that you think people have items to show for jewelryartisans.proboards.com/thread/4307/oldies-goodies-challenge-suggestion-thread
Also I love to see how everyone interprets topics in their very own way. Your entries are beautiful, Dawn and Michelle! I can see one dream or the other in those.
