I have some 26 ga phospher bronze that I want to use to make some bezels on copper. Can anyone address any issues of working with this alloy? Any special precautions to take? Any changes in soldering set up from that of copper? MSDS indicates the hazards to be the same, but I want to be sure I've not missed something.

I haven't used phosphor bronze sheet, just wire...I have handled the soldering the same as copper & ss...I would love to get some phosphor bronze sheet...where did you find yours?

Angela, I found a 6 X 8" sheet of 28 ga at Hobby Lobby in the model train section, for about $5.
