Thank you, Dawn. Hopefully today I will go buy some practice beads to size with, Tandy, Wallmart, Hobby Lobby. Depends who is on the route of my errands. I plan to (?) use a combination of silver beads and the turq. I have not considered (out of ignorance) "spacers" into the string. I remember those earings and how could I not like the hammered Reuleaux triangles. BTW, I did practice with some 18 or 20 ga copper wire I had, making headpins and eye pins. That was fun. And I can use the pins for other things. Like when I soldered the jump ring to the domed and punched pendent I stuck some lengths of wire down through the holes to hold the piece steady on a solder block. Brad

Dawn, the metal and the beads in your earrings complement each other beautifully.
Brad's stamped design is beautiful as it is. As there are punched holes, I would personally love it with a thread of 999 Silver wire as you've done before, which I thought was very nice, without beads. Of course, it is all a matter of one's taste. This is only my personal opinion. .

My gold wire came, so I hope do the wrap this weekend. Also, regarding dangles, I still want to do something. I am now considering polished stone/mineral Heishi beads. But there are so many Heishi beads on American Bead Corporation website, I can’t decide! With the polished fine silver and the gold wire wrap, I want to keep this pendent fairly formal or sophisticated, I think? Brad

Do they have MOP or coral or something else that ties in with the Native American design?

Progress, finally. This is the pendent with the gold filled 18 ga wire wrap. Brad

Lookin' good Brad! I agree with Cat. Stick with something traditional to Native art like shells, coral, turquoise, etc. Bone might also be an interesting choice. You could pair it with one of the more colorful stones such as coral or turquoise. Looking forward to seeing the end result. Dawn

Thank you, I hope to decide on the dangle beads tomorrow. I am still going with the Pueblo theme, and really liking the Heishi beads. Maybe a touch of silver in the dangles as well? Brad

Absolutely, silver beads would be the perfect touch to accent the others. Dan

I have begun messin’ with bead string design. The only thing “set in stone” is the use of the vintage stock Sedona turquoise, and that this string is too long. I plan for the red (or whatever color) beads to be in different positions on the 3 strings. These 6mm x 2-3mm Heishi beads do not cooperate with my fat neuropathy fingers. Brad

Very nice start. I like the addition of the red beads and also that you are only adding a couple of them to the dangles. Doing it that way makes it appear that perhaps the red beads have a special meaning. Those small beads can be frustrating to handle, no doubt about it. Dawn

That's a good combo to use for your dangles!

Thank you, for the continued follows. I have taken out about 1/2” to be about where I want on length. I will make the other two practice design strings, to get a better look, and to ponder. Brad

First, I learned with a bead project, if you have a cat, do not leave bead items out on the table overnight! This pic is of my 3 dangles concept. I am waiting on some bead wiring and stringing products, so I have much time to ponder and play with the design before deciding. I am pretty sure I will remove jump rings and tie directly to the holes or gold wire stitching. Brad
