This week's Oldies but Goodies Theme Challenge is MORE ANIMALS. More because we once did that in 2015, almost ten years before, it's incredible. Go through your stash and post a picture in this thread that pertains to the theme. It can be something you made yesterday or something you made five years ago. We encourage you to post as many items as you want. Can't make it much simpler. You can interpret ANIMALS any way you like, full animals, part of an animal, animal print ...
We hope to see a lot of creative pics of your MORE ANIMALS jewelry.
We'd love to have more members participate in this easy, fun challenge. Won't you join us?
The Oldies but Goodies Challenges will last two weeks, so you have enough time to share your items! To make it easier, the end date is in the subject now.

Just fantastic, Cat, all of them. If I had to choose a favorite, it would be the turtle, the bat, the octopus, the lamb and the snail. It would be a five way tie as there is no way I can choose a favorite. Love that we are re-visiting this theme. Like you, I have a boatload of critters and it's going to be really tough to decide which ones to share. Dawn

Thank you, Dawn! You are so sweet to say that. It always makes me extra happy if one of my animals go travelling.
I'm very much looking forward to seeing your critters!

I might have to post more than once! When we get home (tomorrow), I will go through my old laptop and try to narrow it down a reasonable amount of pics to share. Oh yea, and then there are the soldered critters on the new laptop. Dawn

I don’t really have many animal pieces of jewelry. Just one. You may recognize this fall challenge piece with the troublesome triangle beads that like to turn up. Putting the bigger holed Mykonos beads in between did help. But to actually fix the problem, I had to leave a little play in the design. Sometimes the beading wire shows through. We will see if I can tolerate that. It’s dinging my perfectionist bell loud and clear, although I logically realize most people wouldn’t notice it. Anyway, I do love the owl, although he seems a bit small for the last layer. So this piece may get modified again. Ha! But for now, it fits the challenge criteria. How do you like my fancy necklace holder? 😜

My fave is the elegance of the silver ammonite piece. Brad

That's a great necklace, Michelle, and the little owl is the perfect addition. I get what it's like to have something not be quite up to your standards, but you are right that no one but you is going to notice any imperfections. Dawn

Thank you, Brad! Michelle, we all know where you come from, but I agree with Dawn about imperfections. It's a beautiful combo of layers. Of course I'm even more impressed by your necklace holder. I once had a fancy bracelet holder like that

The only animals I have were on ancient coin rings I made. An eagle and an owl. This owl is on the back of a pendant I made with Goddess Athena in the front.
