To celebrate the official last day of SUMMER today, let’s honor it. This week's Oldies but Goodies Theme Challenge is SUMMER. The challenge is to post something that depicts SUMMER (flowers, beach, bugs, etc.)
Go through your stash and post a picture in this thread, that pertains to the theme. It can be something you made yesterday or something you made 5 years ago. We encourage you to post as many items as you want. Can't make it much simpler.
We hope to see lots of creative pics of your SUMMER inspired creations.
At the end of the challenge Cat will make a collage from the entries (at least one picture from each member) and post it on her blog to share what a talented crowd this is! She will link back to your shop, blog or other pages from your signature. If you don't want your piece/s to be included, please note that in your post.
We'd love to have more members participate in this easy, fun challenge. Won't you join us?
Beautiful pieces Dawn. The butterfly would have to be my favorite. I love the colors and the shape of the pendant is unique. It also stirred up a recent memory of when I came home to a butterfly resting on the middle of my front door. It must have been really tired because it didn't move for a few minutes. We don't usually see many in our yard (no flowers or garden) and this one was large and spectacular.
Beautiful summer pieces, Dawn, Togan and Michelle!
Flowers, beach and anklet - can it get more like summer? I love your painted pendants, Dawn (getting tired of reading that yet after all those years?), those beads are beautiful, Togan, and perfect with the gold tones, and Michelle, your pieces are so fun and happy!
Unusual amazing Summer beauties here by all of you - Dawn I admire your painted jewelry, Togan, the shells with Chech glass are definitely Summer, although I would wear them any other season too! Michelle - your multi strand necklaces are so elegant! Love them! Cat - the colors and your work - stunning!
